After payment is received, the client acknowledges that the commission is a DIGITAL GOOD and will not be shipped to them.
Please do not file chargebacks, contact me first so we can discuss refunds (see article 9).
Payment plans: I don't mind doing payment plans for more expensive commissions. However, due to previous situations, I must let you know that the first payment will be a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% as a means of precaution.
This means that if you decide to back out after the first payment, I would not be refunding you the money nor would you have the right to demand for a refund, nor a chargeback (every interaction, agreement and acceptance of my TOS are documented). This is just a form to ensure people are serious about the purchase.
This also applies to adoptables/designs made and sold by me.4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I can take from 2 weeks up to a couple of months to finish a commission.
It depends on how complex it is and the type of commission.
If there are any changes or delays, I will inform the client.
Files are delivered through google drive link/email or VGen.5. REVISIONS
I send a lot of wips for client approval, but heavy revisions will be limited. These can only be made during the sketching phase.
If you commissioned a sketch and request a completely different pose after it's finalized, you will be charged an extra fee (typically, the same price you paid initially).
Any big change requests after the lines have been finalized will be charged, but small changes are alright.6. ART
You MUST have a flat color reference of your character with a front and back version (optional), as well as any important details.
If you do not have a reference sheet nor a clear image of your character (for example, a game screenshot, or other art you've done/commissioned), you will be charged extra for character design. Please refer to my custom design services.
Please save all the files provided! In case you lose the files, you'll just have to access the Google Drive link I provide when delivering your commission.
Although I never delete paid artwork files, technical issues might cause me to lose them.7. COMMERCIAL USE
